| About me: |
I am a seeker of movement, strength and control and that is how I like to guide my students through class. Understanding that every body moves differently and helping students find thier own practice while we share this space together as a community. I have been learning and practicing for 12 years and teaching yoga for almost 8 years (500 E-YTT). I love to move and explore all around my mat and I hope that I can inspire my students to do the same. Our bodies were meant to move and feel good, listening to music, creating cheorgraphy to flow in and out of, finding playfulness and a few laughs, welcoming for everyone.
