很开心拥有了自己的第一首序列。今年春晚听到这首歌曲时瞬间泪目，在那一瞬间特别想家乡的父母，哪怕过了半年之久，再次听到这首歌仍会眼眶湿润。这首歌用最简单朴实的词语表达了亲人对孩子无私的爱与支持，无论在外遇到多大的风浪，家永远是你的避风港；无论走到哪里，飞去多远，家人的的爱始终伴随着我们，成为前进我们的动力。
序列体式的编排是想用简单基础的体式来传递歌曲最纯粹、朴实的爱，也希望每一位踏入Inside Flow课堂的“你”都能完成它，感受这首歌传递的情感。序列体式中除了Verse1是从右侧的右手上先开始的，其他都是从左侧先开始，因为左侧距离“心”更近。战士三的双臂像“小鸟的翅膀”一样打开飞翔，这里呼应着歌词“这孩子啊总想飞得高，叫世界瞧上一瞧”。
这次有幸在北京参加了Ami老师的内观流建环+工厂的培训，感谢Ami老师帮我将序列调整的更加完美、契合。真的太爱她了！希望她能常来中国！

When I saw the name of the song, I was transported back 25 years. 25 years ago, I had said this to someone who had hurt me deeply. I didn’t have to do anything—Karma took care of it. : )))

This song was the main theme of the iconic TVB drama Triumph in the Skies—a powerful reminder that time passes swiftly, much like the melody of a song filled with highs and lows. Life isn't always smooth, but every note—whether joyful or melancholic—becomes part of the story we carry within us.

I was drawn back to this song ever since I began my Inside Flow journey 2 years ago. (This October will mark my 3rd year of learning & teaching!)

Time moves so quickly. And sometimes, when you take a moment to pause and reflect, you can't help but wonder:
What have I truly achieved? Am I just busy living... or actually enjoying life?

Inside Flow has shifted my perspective. From believing "a dream is just a dream" to realizing "a dream is something you can live—while you still can."

Last year, I took a leap of faith. I flew to Macau alone for Inside Flow training. I still remember the moment I touched down—I teared up. For the first time, I wasn’t just dreaming. I was living it. That experience became a turning point—one of deep personal growth and quiet courage that I’ll always carry with me.
