Hi, I am Lisa. I am from Linz. I am a yoga teacher since 2022 and music has always been a very important aspect of my yoga classes. This is why I became aware of Inside Flow and decided to do the Inside Flow Fundamental Teacher Training in April 2023. I am looking forward to teach Inside Flow in Linz and to learn many amazing flows by other inside flow teachers :)
