I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. At the age of nine, after seven years of classical ballet training, I got a contract with Ballet Teresa Carreño in Caracas, it might seem conscience but after seven years I moved to Amsterdam to continue my dance career. Once here in Amsterdam, I saw that there was much more than classical ballet and I always had this fire in me to learn more and to be able to dance different styles. So, I became a contemporary/modern dancer until I became ballet rehearsal director in 2006. During all these years I also took Bikram, Flow yoga, Ygengar classes. After my burn-out in 2015, I discovered Critical Alignment Yoga-Therapy (CAY-T) and that is what I have been teaching since 2018 along with Flow yoga (CAY style). I discovered Inside Flow on Instagram, WOW moment! It touched my heart and I felt inspired. I follow what my heart is telling me so, I joined the online Inside Flow 23' Q2 teacher training online. I want to bring Inside Flow to the Netherlands and perhaps also to Spanish-speaking countries in South America and Spain! I am looking forward to connecting and sharing thoughts and ideas with other Inside Flow teachers around the world and I hope to join live the Inside Flow events in the future. Love xxx Iris
