My name is Enting and Inside Flow has been a large part of my life since my first class two years ago (2020/2021). It is the one thing that has made being consistent to yoga, easy for me. I started my yoga journey around a decade ago and it has always been a dream to teach the thing that gives me life.
I strive to be a better student and better teacher and work towards bettering myself so that one day I can bring the joy, peace and energy to class that my teachers bring to me. If I am not practicing yoga, you will find me enjoying quality time with my cat, family and food. |
