Hello,
I am Valérie from Montreal, Quebec, Canada After doing my 200h TTC in India and learning on 5th Element Yoga with Matt Giordano, I am now an Inside Flow Teacher Passionate by dance I practiced different style : classic, jazz, contemporary, ragga dancehall... I also practiced Martial Art as Aikido I am now starting a new chapter with Inside Flow mixing my different passion Yoga and Music I am also fully engaged for bringing more inclusivity into Yoga with curvy friendly class I will be happy to exchange with the members of this beautiful community 🙏🧘♀️💜 |
