We will learn to continuously move through each posture as we connect to the music utilizing strength, rhythm, and flow. ✨

Strength lies in the smooth transitions between each movement in Inside Flow, a rhythmically driven evolution of Vinyasa. We begin with a step-by-step warm-up where repetition builds familiarity and confidence as we flow toward a peak choreographed sequence. Certified Inside Flow teacher Kate Booth teaches sequences approved by master trainers, blending breath, beats, and emotion — allowing movement to feel natural and embodied. No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and shake up your movement practice.

Inspire Yoga is located on the 3rd floor of the beautifully restored Kilburn Mill in New Bedford, MA.

The Inside Flow Philippines community is holding an online fundraiser to support the ongoing relief and recovery efforts for the communities affected by the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that jolted Cebu, Philippines last September 30.

Cebu holds a special place in our hearts, as it is where the Inside Flow PH community was founded and where so many of our teachers, students, and friends call home.

Let us move as one to support our brothers and sisters who have been affected by earthquake in Cebu, Philippines. ALL proceeds from our online classes will be donated directly for rebuilding homes and lives of families affected particularly in Bogo and Medellin.
