Connect your breath with your body through the guidance of music. Inside Flow is a relatively new style of asana practice that focuses more on transitions between poses than the poses itself. This class is open to all levels, even to people who have not practiced yoga before. Our Inside Flow classes will be held at the 3rd floor of Choylen's Grill every Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 in the evening. |
