On June 2023, I officially began my Inside Flow journey.
For two years, I traveled back and forth to Ipoh (Jade Yoga) for classes on a fixed day every week, and even today, I still do. Thank you to my teacher, EeKyn Chee ❤️ for enabling me to benefit so much from my Inside Flow journey. 🙏

On the August 30, 2025, just before Malaysia's National Day, I took a flow training session via video with ST Martin Elianto from Indonesia. It was my first flow session, and I was incredibly nervous. From start to finish, I took every step very seriously. In the end, I successfully completed my first song #以后的以后 by Ada Zhuang.
I am truly impressed by Martin's professionalism, and I'm deeply grateful for the hard work every JT, ST, and PRO teacher puts in before advancing. Thank you to all the teachers, and to Young Ho Kim Inside Yoga, the founder of Inside Flow. 🙏 ‏ — at Malaysia feeling blessed
