Here I am! I'm so glad to join this group, Inside flow was a revelation for me. I'm a vinyasa flow yoga teacher since 2011, based in Milan, Italy. I started practicing yoga in 2002 and in 2009 I started my first teacher training (580 hours), finished after 3 years. I discover Inside flow by chance, follow on IG Rebecca Rasmussen...and....booom! Totally in love
