This flow was originally created by Young Ho when the movie Top Gun came out.
At the time, it was a bit too complex for my beginners. So Hie and I adapted it to make it more beginner-friendly. And it worked. Everyone was able to follow along really well.

Have fun with it, it’s definitely a tiny challenge, but absolutely doable.

В конце концов, мы хотим достичь всего сразу, и в нашей профессии вам нужно настойчивость, уверенность в себе, много работы над собой и своими навыками преподавания.

Hello Inside Flow Community!

Here is my new flow to the beautiful song “When You Believe” by Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey – one of my all-time favorite songs from Whitney!🥰 It’s from the Disney movie “The Prince of Egypt”.

I had this flow approved by Anna Herz on October 20th, 2024 - a very special and emotional moment for me, because Anna nominated me as a Junior Teacher right after that session. A milestone on my Inside Flow journey! 

For me, it’s one of the most powerful songs about hope, trust, and the miracle of believing – especially when the path gets rough and doubts grow louder. That’s exactly what this song represents to me.

The video you see here was recorded during our Inside Flow Christmas Special Event in December 2024, together with my flowsisters Lena, Martina, and Junior Teacher Janina. I chose to upload this version on purpose – because flowing together in that moment felt magical. It made the flow even more special than if I had recorded it on my own.

I’m sharing it with you –  to practice, teach, and enjoy.❤️
